Thats a copy of a Dougie Poynter bass, he had the same inlays on his yellow EBMM Sterling.

That actually is the yellow Sterling used by Dougie Poynter in many videos and live shows. He had it customized, didn't like the color and had SIMS custom change it to yellow ;-)

Also, FCS doesn't do anything that isn't custom shop (minus a few very exclusive exceptions). They won't repaint a Mexican jazz bass. You will need to hire someone else or do it yourself.
