High freq driver replacement

Hey Folks, Last weekend we played a Relay for life gig. My PA is a Carvin XP1000L, with PM12 speakers. Anyway, we popped one of the high frequency drivers (my fault, had it peaking way too much) anyway I know the replacement diaphragms are only $20 but I was thinking of just replacing them with better drivers. They are 1" out 1 3/8-18 thread. Does anyone have any experience with [Invalid or Expired Link Removed]Selenium drivers? I found the specs for the carvins HT151 drivers and they are only rated at 60 watts. So the selenium driver will probably take a little more, and from the reviews they sound pretty good.
