Didn't Bob Dole do commercials for a medicine to cure this?
Better one ......... What drug does this? just so I never take it.
1968 Vintage- Fender Jazz Bass! | eBay

kook selling the parts P-Bass said:why isn't it an authenitic fender, go to stratosphere on the eBay, he sells nothing but authentic Fender parts. All the parts are made at the Fender Corona Factory in Calf. I buy the parts and put them together., what your concern is, am I qualified and expert enough... Well, look at my experience, check out my site stratconnection.com and you tubes you tube channel papatom609 I started playing a 62 in 63 and besides my musical endevors, was a machinist, a carpenter and mechanic. Fender bodies and necks bolt right on, the soldering is where you need to have the skill which, I am a Welder by trade, or was. I put brand new cloth wiring according to Fender USA wire diagram you see pictured... But you don't have buy this one, there are other's on eBay I'm sure. But you won't get one like this for this price.. I agree I would like to have a 62 ri neck, but I guess that's why Fender made this new one with the hex key in the trus rod,. the flat screw use to get beat up over the years. I just got done tuning it and checking the set up because I have a few lookers and I have a feeling this one is going to sell.. so I plugged it into a Line 6 400 watt bass amp the Low Down model, it was so deep it rang the strings of my Guild 12 string hanging up... allot of power and bottom on this one.. and should be, the pups are authentic Fender 1962 Re Issue pickups... thanks papatom
hi just one more thing, I want you to be sure you don't confuse TBX circuitry in the Tone knob with what I just explained and showed you.. TBX which some of my MIJ mid 80 strats have and that's when they came out big, is when you turn the tone knob to the right to add treble, it adds high frequencies with out cutting out the bass like the old strat config use to. and visa versa when you add bass.. I saw some you tubes with store owners trying to sell there highway one strats, funny the highway one don't have TBX so I don't know what this guys story is. but be sure, the circuitry from Fender Custom Shop S-1 switch isn't TBX, you can get all this info and more on my site... thanks again.. papatom
Man, this guy doesn't stop!!!!

I have to agree with a previous poster who said that this man obviously has mental health problems.
While it may seem comical, he probably isn't having too much of a good time.
I have to agree, we should let it go.
John
I get where he's coming from on his prices actually.
This company "stratosphere" on eBay has TONS of Fender bodies and necks. And charges a LOT for them.
He bought the parts from them and rolled those prices directly over into a parts bass he built.
Personally, this "Stratosphere" eBay store is kinda nuts with their prices. $600 for a neck........
Seems to me they are buying up Fenders and parting them out.
Anyway, I sent our boy a link to this thread! LOL!!

Here's a business idea: Cater to the people who lack the skills to bolt together a "loaded" body and a "neck with tuners", buy these at Stratosphere, and sell custom guitars. Heck, you can make even more expensive guitars by buying all the wood and hardware in individual single pieces from Stratosphere... Something here just doesn't compute.
Nom Nom Nom. Sips coke. Belch! Anybody want some? Passes bag.
