Good. I'd rather read subs than watch mouths flapping out of sync.

Let the right one in? Odd title. What's it about?
Watching Phantoms right now. For some reason it's hard to get into a horror flick with Ben Affleck in it.
I thought a prerequisite of the true horror fan was not having anyplace to go on a Friday night![]()
Let The Right One In may be the best vampire movie of the last 20 years.
Not that that says much, really. But its a fantastic film.
I'm more than sick of vampire movies, but "30 Days of Night" was pretty good.
Cloverfield: I hope they didn't pay much for that script. "Oh my god. Oh my god."
At first I was waiting for the movie to begin, thinking the hand held video part was just a prelude.....Then it dawned on me: "****, this IS the movie."
Oh well.
Watched the special features and the "making of" while fixing dinner and they revealed there that the creature was a newborn and that it added so much to the story. It did? I don't remember that ever being revealed IN the story.
And then the big deal about the secrecy involved making this movie....Whatever.
The director lamenting America not having a legendary monster of its own in the vein of Godzilla in Japan. Well, this one sure isn't it either.
So then... not so good?Did you catch the part near the end where they finally get to the apartment and find the girl (was it a girl or a guy?), pry their body off the rebar that had been holding them down, and promptly were on the move? Rebar through the midsection. Seriously ridiculous by that point.

Ever see Dragon Wars?![]()
I love the movie though- I'm a fan of giant monster movies and it's much better than most.
