Fassa, did it look anything like this :hmm: ...

This (James Tyler) guitar is painted in a colourscheme called (literally) "Fresh Vomit" :(. You are one of the only living souls who can verify the authenticity of their claim :p.

Personally, I think that they've gone a bit "light" on the carrots :ninja:.

I love how this thread has like 3-4 helpful replies, and the rest is a split between people asking for more details about the puke and people cracking relentless jokes. I'm dyin' here! Hahahahaha! :D

That said, I'm curious about the rest of the story as well. I don't throw up often, but when I do, I can usually tell my stomach isn't sitting quite right and I can at least prepare myself for it. What the heck did you eat that caused such explosive chunk-blowing that you couldn't put your bass down and run for the toilet?

Spewing has got to be the worst bodily function there is. *shudder* I don't even want to try and figure out what Id do if I somehow did that on one of my basses...... *shudder again*.

I am glad you got it all off your bass. I would check around and ask some furniture building places or wood paint places or wherever if there is something you can put on the finish to neutralize any unseen stuff that might eventually eat into the finish. I don't know how you cleaned 'her' up, but I'd have torn him (Im a she so my basses are hes :p) completely apart down to the last screw and throughly cleaned, cleaned, disinfected, buffed, polished, etc etc. Id toss the strings and replace them. I probably would have tossed screws and replaced them...I would have gone OCD on it man LOL to get him cleaned up.

OMG, after I posted my reply I glanced up at the banner add on the page and its advertising a 'Gay Chubby Dating' site....what???...@_@

ROFLMAO!!!!!!

I rarely get sick but when I do I never make it to the toilet in time. My stomach will feel horrible for some time before I hurl but my body gives me no warning that its actually going to blow until its all over the floor. Though I have eventually learned that my stomach will also not be sitting 'right' and thats a clue for me as to whether the sick feeling will pass...or not....if you get my drift...so if its off I camp out in the bathroom now but thankfully I haven't had to to put that to the test since I learned that.

I nominate this thread for "Most Disgusting Ever". Too much information, you guys. But it's like a car wreck; I just can't seem to look away...

It reminds me of something we used to say as kids:

"Hasten, Jason, bring a basin.
Urp. Slop. Bring a mop.
Never mind.
Here, kitty, kitty"

i caught a little of this yesterday, i am impressed it has gone to 4 pages. i can't look away either...

Wasn't my fault I was playing low-slung like Hooky........too much bending and staggering about!

did you think it would just be a burp?

when you think you will just fart, and it turns out to be the real deal its called "shart"

does that make this "vurp?!"

i hate when that happens

I often hear people saying they see carrots in their sick, even if they have no eaten any. The "carrots" are actually bits of stomach lining which would usually be passed down the disgestive track! :p

Although I didn't know that interesting bit of medical trivia (I don't spend as much on "Off Topic" as you do, Chris ;)), I have to say - I really didn't want to know that :atoz:.

This thread really is like a train wreck :p!
