How do I get rid of Victor?

He's still a bass player though, it's not like he's going to be THAT rich or happy. You can console yourself he's also likely much better with the ladies than any of us are. But again, in relative terms, since he's a bass player.

"String UP" and enter the contest. Maybe Vic will stop smiling at you.
Then start a thread about something very different just to give the bots something about you to key in on for the ads.
Perhaps start a thread about a (made up for you) medical condition that has expensive drugs to treat it.
"My anti-depression meds just aren't working. Does anyone take any of those add on drugs that work with the depression meds?"
Or something like that.
You just gotta give them something they can use, or as was said before, pony up for the Gold.

It will be interesting to see if I start getting anti-depression supplement ads now just for mentioning that in a thread.

I was unaware that he popped up regularly , I haven't seen an add for years.

I use Ghostery on both Firefox and Chrome because loading the adds was taking forever with my slow internet connection and the adds always load first of course!

It's still painfully slow at times but at least it's slow loading what I want to see (and a whole lot faster than it was).

After Victor put his name to that ridiculous power cable a few years ago I wouldn't trust a word he says about gear.
