How do you like bass rigs to look?

I tend to prefer the look of an actual "head" unit, and since I don't run any rack gear, I mounted my 3-Pros in CL housings. Eventually I'd like to put them in a rack and use them for smaller gigs or fill in dates, and then for my big dumb rock show gigs - replace them with actual tube SVT's.

What is the hollow body bass in the rack on the right hand side? It looks very similiar to a Hutchins Chandler (Dis-continued older model) I only ask becasue I have a Hutchind Chandler and was wondering if anybody else on here had one as I have been told that they are very difficult to get a hold of

I totally don't care what an amp looks like.
Very few things seem less interesting or relevant to me than the look of an amp.

hard to say, i can tell ya'll what i DONT like, is generic looking stuff like Peavey and Carvin. SOOOOOOOO boring.

Aguilar stuff looks nice, vintage Ampeg... uh, I dig the Matamp/Orange/Electric amp stuff, most British amps look great. Hiwatt, Sound City and Reeves amps look sexy.

I like old Ampeg cabinets, the older Diesel road-ready type Mesa cabinets are cool too.

I'm a fan of mis-matched amps and cabinets too.

I’ve always liked the looks of this rig. Balanced physically and a cool black/silver color scheme. Sort of a modern meets old school kind of thing. More important than good looks, this rig (run in bridged mode) had a booty so big it had to do all it’s shopping in the plus size section. I no longer own the preamp and one of the cabs.

Here's what I'm currently saving towards.. (it's a blended sound)

Radial Bigshot A/B/Y box

Clean Channel:

GK Fusion 550 through an Ampeg SVT 1x15 cab

Dirty:

Ampeg SVT-II hooked up to an SVT 1x15 cab (Yes, i love the sound of 15's, they give a nice heavy sound that i like.)

A secret OD pedal, A secret fuzz pedal, and for a backup DI box, a SansAmp BDDI.

..All going connecting to a magical Fender MIA `62 P-bass with some nice fat strings
(And possibly later a newer American standard)

It's a De Armond Starfire - I think from around 2000/20001. Use that one mostly for acoustic gigs. Doesn't compare to a true Guild, but it's pretty handy and sounds good for an import.

basically, i would like amps to look 'invisible'. that way the audience could give all of their attention and focus on me (-------just kidding!!!!!!-------).

but if i do have to have something sharing the stage with me, i like to take this one:
