How do you like your steak cooked?

I know some people like it blue and some people like it well done

well, for me anything beyond medium is bit dry so I've always been a medium rare guy

so TB collective, how do you like your steak cooked and why?

That prime rib looks about right. Pink to slightly red in the middle. Perfection.

I had an uncle like that. Hed throw a steak in the pan for about 30 seconds on each side, just to warm it up. Disgusted me, but whatever floats your boat.

well, if it's a super good quality meat, blue steak can be good

I guess you can think of it as slightly seared steak tar tar or carpacio or something like that

Then you should have seen this steak I had the other day! Man, it was like 14 oz. Big ol' slab of cow, fantastically seasoned, with a bit of butter to hold in the spices... Yummmmmmmy.

actually i eat a lot of meat and it's rather tasty, and that steak does sound good.

medium well is my style, i'm finding i prefer bbq ribs to steak now-a-days tho
