How do you like your steak cooked?

Carpaccio please. With maybe a little salad and some shavings of parmesan and capers.

Or a nice Shabu Shabu...just dip the thin beef slices in the broth to slightly cook it...mmmmm...

Full on steak? Rare to slightly medium rare.

Burgers? Medium well. Can't take chances. (unless I ground the beef myself, then I'll go medium).

Being a butcher, I know my meats.

Damn...somebody beat me to it!!!!!:bassist:

Rare.....that's the way for me....can take up to medim rare if need be ,but also can take blue!!!! I've gotten quite good at doing good fillet steaks on the BBQ at home.....

Big BBQ ,where the flames have died down and it's ready to cook, a really nice bit of fillet steak (per person) and -3 glasses of a nice read wine.....

Consume glasses of red wine ,cook steaks until you think they're ready!!! Sorted!:smug:

Now, if I could just master this without the red wine......:hmm:
