Same keyboard player for 3 years, same band. We had a few drummers come and go and last year brought in a new guitar player. Current list of suspects in the band for 1 year next month.

I don't have a real band as such at the moment.
I ran a band from 2001 to 2004 and we sort of reformed for a party gig this May. I might try to get some more gigs. Might not.
I have been jamming with a bunch of mates since 2006, we all play guitar and we swap instruments and play about once a month. We did a covers gig for a party in June and I played bass (live for the first time since 2004).
I have been playing for a local church since 1994. I played bass 94-04 and then guitar 06-12. I've backed off a bit as it isnt as enjoyable. I'm their 3rd choice on guitar so I'm a dep/sub really.
I'm 50 years old and whilst I don't consider myself old I don't have time for the endless rehearsing without gigs that I put myself through. My band used to do about three rehearsals and then a gig. Last one was one rehearsal and in. The jam band went on for years just jamming (and drinking) we might get some more covers gigs, we might not. The church thing is usually rehearsal Thursday, rehearsal Sunday and then play the service.
So whilst I don't really have a problem with any of the 'bands' it's not stressful or a second job or some cloud cuckoo land dream of 'making it'.

Been in the same band since 1988, so that makes it 24 years.
We had a drummer change after 2 years and a guitarist change last year.
Our equipment & PA is still getting bigger and louder (and heavier), adding another 3.5kW amp and 2 subs this week.

For myself, the cover/bar band I joined almost 2 years ago. The P&W band I joined in '04, but is it the same band? Yeah a few of us are still going but it's like grandpa's hammer, the head's been changed three times and the handle four, but it's still the same hammer.
6 years but been in various bands with one guitarist(my brother) off and on since the early 70's.
Dance Band that is my regular gig I have been with since I was 17. Im 52 now.
This is nuts! (in a good way...) What's your secret for staying together so long and not getting bored?
Secret?
By diversing into a total of 3 different groups, basically using the same people.
1. 4 pc Dance Band (regular Gigs)
2. 3 pc Irish/Celtic Band (Usually, St Paddys Day only )
3. 5 pc Oktoberfest Band ( this one pays HUGE )
4. 2pc Kaffe Klatch,German (Coffee Club ) Duo (Leader and I)
The Leader is the same for all 4 ( well, this year I'm leading the Oktoberfest Band ), just use different lineups. In the Dance Band, we use books, and have over 420 songs to choose from per night.
Next project I start in the Fall, a Tribute to Roy Orbison. That'll be basically a Solo act by me, with backing tracks all made by myself. I'll use 2 people to help. 1 on the Soundboard, 1 on the Follow-Spot.
Not long at all - since last February, which would make it 6 months. But I only started playing three years ago. Had a couple of bands which lasted about a year each and never got past playing open mics. This is my first gigging band.

going on 2 years and I mesh with these dudes pretty perfectly. we still have disagreements but who doesnt.. honeymoon aint over yet.
