Ok. so here is an update. We talked about it, and have agreed we could probably open a show. Talking mid february see how it goes! We know a couple people on the local scene and should be ready to perform by then.

I'd gig the heck out of that line up and who knows... you might have an easier time fleshing out the keyboard and 2d guitarist by playing shows.
That's a great point. A lot of musicians, especially as they get older, really aren't into the whole "struggling start-up" thing. They'd rather join an established act that's worked out the kinks, is playing out (ideally for pay), and just needs a final piece or two to get to the next level.
If you start getting your band out in front of people that will not only potentially get you seen by the people you're still looking for, but it will show them you're legit... which will greatly improve your odds of landing them.
