-Peavey Tour 700. Used as backup head and beach gigs (corrosive environment). Plus I have the schematic and servicing literature. Been keeping it going for over 10 years (maybe 3 repairs, so not many).

Three Amps:

1. My most loved and trusted Mesa/Boogie 400+ with a 15" Enclosure.

2. A Trace Elliot V-Type 15" Combo I bought for $80(CAN) last summer on the local Buy n Sell to leave at the practice space so as not to be lugging anything but my bass.

3. Hartke A25 - a tiny 25W amp with an 8" speaker. Amazing sound and volume from this little thing and it won't "fart" when the B string is played. I use it for practice and take it along to house parties where acoustic guitars are the order of the evening.

I'd like to mention that my first bigger amp was a Peavey Combo 300 I bought way back when I was fifteen. I sold it when I bought my Mesa and I must admit I do miss it. They come up locally from time to time but I just don't have the room for one.

I have two. My oldest one is a Traynor YBA 200, ca. 15 years old, with a custom 1x15 plus 1x8 cab by FMC (German cab builder). These days, I mainly use it for recording.

My second and more widely used one is a Markbass CMD 1x12 bass combo, an older model without a horn. Highly portable, built like a tank (took more nosedives off curbs than I like to remember), great sound.

Could be a lead sled, tube head, combo, PA system, repurposed guitar amp or something else entirely. How many things do you have laying around that can drive a cabinet and you use for playing bass?

Traynor BassMate YBA2B. Lives under my desk as a practice amp. Good for that purpose, but works much better as a guitar amp.

This is an awesome and underappreciated amp. I got mine at a pawn shop, had it tuned up, and threw some stuffing in to calm the top end. It's my practice amp, but I also used it on an ears gig for some air on stage. Shockingly powerful and solid for such a cute lil' thing.

would really love to replace the Pf500 with something else, keep the TC for a back up. Id also love to have a revsound 210 as well and a good pre/DI pedal (hopefully an oracle) cause I’m often backlined and almost always going to the FOH. Working on it lol.
