If strictly one pickup, Precision shaped, then 5. If not 10......for now!

I have an Am. Std. in mystic red, a Steve Harris w/Westham graphics, a Classic 50's in sunburst, and my latest, an Adam Clayton Precision in purple sparkle.
I am absolutely loving this bass.

It's a Samick Corsair Micro (24.5" scale). I bought it used here on TB. It sounds so cool with the piccolo strings! Not the best build quality to be honest, but it works.

Wow, that's even shorter than the Ibanez Micro basses.

I guess you either have to go up to really heavy gauged strings or in the opposite direction with piccolo ones!

I'd bet it sounds great through an octave pedal.

One pretty straight up P

One single coil P, but it's got a different shaped headstock, and the single coil pickup is hum cancelling.

One PJ, but the body shape is not a standard P

2 that I call a Jazzes (2 J pickups), but Fender would them P's (if they made them), as they have a P body shape. One is fretless.

And...none are made by Fender or Squier. So, depending on your definition of what counts as a P, somewhere between 0 and 5.

I've owned 2 in the past (Hot Rod P bass and P Lyte) and want another one.

I've owned a total of five, and up to three simultaneously, but I'm down to just my G&L SB-2. With its split-coil pickup and Leo-designed pedigree, I think it counts as a P-bass.

I'd like to get another conventional P-bass, and would LOVE to have one of those purple sparkle Adam Clayton Precisions, but I doubt that will happen. I'm more likely to order a DiPinto Galaxie, which is essentially a P-bass, in a cool purple finish.
