How many TBers does it take to change a lightbulb?

I know the rules and I've done searches, but i'd like to know how may watts i should have in this situation.

I'm getting a lamp soon, and want to do some small gigs around town. My friend and guitarist's lamp bulb is a 15w GE, though soon he is moving up and getting a 30watt Sylvania bulb. I'm wondering how many watts I would need to compete with that, as the 15 watt practice lamp i have now is getting hopelessy lost in the glare. I know the rule about (guitarist's watts x 4), so here are some bulbs that I've tried that sound nice, and could be a potential purchase.

Wanna know how I can tell you play bass?

you have time to write 8 pages of replys about lightbulbs instead of practicing.

Subscribed, I'm in.

I'm a Solid-State nut. I believe that only tube users are qualified to change lightbulbs. How many of them? Any equal number of tube-preamp fans that can hang out without cat-fights with all-tubers.

That was (and remains) funny! But, you know, I've been up all night with the sincere intent of "catching up on the lit" and I've certainly caught up on it, but it was mostly bass-oriented.

We're a fiercely stubborn bunch. That's what playing thick strings does to you over time.

Hmm, let's see:
-1 to change the lightbulb
-1 to start a topic with pics of it and admire the craftmanship of the lightbulb.
-1 to start "The lightbuld club" topic.
-1 to start a topic commenting on the person's technique.
-1 to start flaming the topic saying that it would be better and easier to change the lightbulb with a pick
-1 to start a topic of admiring famous lightbulb changers
-1 to start a topic about comparison with other lighbulb brands.
-1 to start a topic about "lighbulb change newbie" asking advice
-1 to start a topic whether there could be effects added to the lightbulb so it would make the room look better.
-1 to start flaming the topic saying that lightbulbs don't need effects and that his lightbulbs work perfectly without them for decades.

Aaaand finally:

-1 to make a thread in talklightbulb about how many TLers does it take to play the bass

So if we add em it takes: 11!
:D

Yeah, this, too, goes to 11. Thanks for this one! It's the funniest posting I've read in days and so on-the-mark. :D
