Oooohhhhh my gears are really grinding, I was wondering why it hadn't turned up yet and looked into the tracking number, this jerk has sent it by normal USPS international after I paid him extra to upgrade to express! This also means i'm pretty sure i'm receiving my bass in 2 pieces and will have to take it to someone to get the neck attached and a setup instead of just plugging in and playing.

Irritation x 100 because I want my bass!!

I sometimes feel like a second-class internet citizen because eBay sellers in the U. S. have little knowledge of shipping outside the country. Sometimes I find the perfect addition to my bass stable on eBay for a ridiculous price, and they go "We don't ship internationally." Then, another method is, while traveling in the States, to order to your hotel. Then they go "We only ship to a confirmed PayPal address."

But never fear, once you get past those hurdles, the deals usually work and you will get the item in great condition. I have only once ever bid on a clunker and that was due to poor research on my part. (A replacement neck is in the post as we speak).

I don't have any other support for you but this encouragement, and the reminder that probably hundreds of guitar and bass players are in the same wait-state-limbo as you are experiencing right now, so hang in there.
