How would you handle this

He probably could take it do a different authorized dealer than the clown shop he bought it from though, right? If cost of gas to drive there < cost of getting repairs done locally out-of-pocket, I'd try making some phone calls to these stores, if that's an option.

I don't even know what you are talking about. Try reading again "Spoke with g&l..they will not pay for repairs if I bring it somewhere else.." Why would you take a bass back to the same shop that didn't do a good job the first time? :rollno:

I don't have the slightest idea what you are talking about and it's pretty apparent that you don't either. Fortunately the ignore button will fix that for me.
