You could say this about any number of distortion/fuzz pedals, many of which are cheap and easy to find...
Yes, but this pedal loses so much low end, that it is nearly unusable.

Read all of this thread, there is a clone made by someone in italy, kaputsport did a youtube review and compared the italian clone to a real animato. Check out Page 7, post #137 of this thread. If you do a search you'll find most of the answers to your Muse related questions, most have been asked before.
I just bought one off of humangear.net today. I emailed them, and a guy named Jeurgen helped me out, and is shipping it out tomorrow, just so everyone knows. The total, for me, came to $503CDN, including shipping.
Did he cut you a deal? By my math it should be around 600 CDN?
I actually initially figured it would be around $720. I don't think he cut me a deal, he just told me that that was the price, and it was on the invoice, so that's what I paid him, and he was happy with it. 399.00 euros was also on the website after I put it in my cart. That price also included shipping.
That makes sense, as it would add another 19% on top of the cost.
Dr Greenthumb said:I believe the 495 euros figure includes VAT, which North Americans don't pay.
