Human Gear ANIMATO

I asked the store i got from, and they said that thy would ask the maker.
This is what i got for an answer:

If you switch the pedal to the right, the volume of the
low-pitched sound decreases and high-pitched sound increases.

Please note that some noise occurs when this tone switch
is shift. Therefore, please lower the volume of the amplifier
youare using before switching the tone switch.

I just received my clone in the mail. I don't have the ability to try it out until Wednesday, but if I am feeling better by then I might do a full review of it, and maybe post a video showing how close (or far away) of a match it really is.

As a rough Review would you give it a thumbs up or down?

I talked to the guy with them, and I might have a deal together to do a preorder sale for us... If it is as good as the original.

YES!!!! That would be awesome!!!! I would be very interested. Now we hope it sounds like the original.

I wonder how he cloned it, seeing as the circuit board is inaccessible?

From the pics I've seen, and the guy who de hooped the blueberry, it probably is doable just required a ton of time and patience. Maybe a couple of them too to compare and damage you made while degooping. I feel like the money he stands to make by having a clone would be comparable to the money he'd dish out picking up a few.

Great review dude. Comparisons even, wicked!

I duno... don't know much about this pedal, all i know is its affiliation with Muse.
But, maybe the pedal is chasing the sound of that (and maybe other muse songs?)song? Rather than the pedal itself? OR, maybe trying to be more bass friendly??

I have read that animato loses lows, again I wouldn't know, just going off experience with clones that are built to be more bass friendly, or chase a sound based off a particular pedal.

So...Given I can't afford (yet...) a real animato, would this be a better substitute than a RAT?

I know that I'm not supposed to compare the two, but I only own a Ibanez SR 500, Sansamp BDDI, black Russian muff and a blender, so I'm only trying to get as close as I can, using the gear I already have and stuff that doesn't cost thousands.

That is a tough call to make. I think the rat would be more musical and more versatile, but given the settings when dimed sounded very close to a real pedal at realistic levels, it might be the ticket.

Put it this way. If I didn't have one, but really wanted one, I would probably be singing the praises of the clone. Especially if I didn't know any better. Being that we have a known rig and sound to compare it to, and I have that same rig and pedal, it is a let down but only because it is not a 100% copy.
