Just got off a conference call (without the drummer), we just agreed to fire the drummer. sad, but had to happen. in a funk band if the drummer is the weakest link, your funk band is straight up weak. the rest of us are more experienced and have more potential than that. also our sax player is a sick drummer and we can record the EP we've been putting off to wait for the drummer to get up to speed with the sax player on drums, and find a new sax player OR a new drummer.
but it sucks, i like the guy. happy right now to not be the BL
