I cannot decide which bass to get-Help

I have read that the part Bartollinis are a bit on the milder side, sound wise. Not sure if they’re good for funk?

I have heard a lot of good things about Aguileras. Not very familiar with the Nordstrom.
Which one of these three basses would be the best choice for my white musical variety, plus enough punch for funk?
I am also very interested in playing the new multi scale, hence, the 805 on that list.
Any help in narrowing down my choices would be greatly appreciated. I know all three of these pick ups have distinctive sounds. I’m just not sure which one would fit me best.

P.S. I am also currently shopping for a bass amp. I am looking at the Hartke HD508. Only have about $700 to invest in an amp.

I'm going with the blue one because I like single coils. My SR2605 Premium has Nordstrand big singles, too and it sounds great!

Hello BBass, thank you for all the info. I do like what I heard so far in regard to the Ampeg Rocketbass. I’m just a bit hesitant right now with Ampeg, had a Ampeg BA 115 and did not like it.
I’m sure the new Rocketbass is improved, hopefully.
I have also been looking at the Hartke LH500 with maybe a Hartke 410XL. Not sure yet. So many choices, lol.
Interesting comment on the Ibanez + Ampeg tone heaven. I think I will check out more demos for the Rocketbass.

No problem. I've never used Hartke and only recently realized I can even buy their stuff here in Canada so there's that. I have talked to someone on here who swears by Hartke and Ibanez. So I'm sure you can't go wrong there either.

Hello again Duke, I just listened to some YouTube videos for the G & L research 2500. All I can say is, wow! The sound on that Bass is amazing. I’m rethinking my selection. Although, $1800 is currently out of my price range. The Tribute is a lot cheaper but it probably does not have the tonal variety as the Research version, I assume. Thank you for bringing G&L to my attention.

I have been a G&L guy since 1986
The Tribute models get rave reviews here on TB
I my understanding the electronics and hardware are the same in both models, but play one and see for yourself
