I CAN'T MAKE UP MY MIND ABOUT MEN!!!!!!!

I still can't make up my mind about men!

The latest guy I'm seeing won't watch the Bears games with me. I guess it's a guy thing and girls aren't allowed. Ever.

*sigh*

Just can't win! :spit:

If I actually wanted to watch the game, I wouldn't want you around either. Too distracting. Additionally, you wouldn't see any of it anyway because you'd be busy with other things as a condition for letting you watch the game with me. ;)

I give up. I give up on men, I give up on dating, I JUST GIVE UP!!!! I'm becoming a NUN. Or...an old cat lady.

Why, why, why do the men I date all tell me THEY DON'T WANT A RELATIONSHIP RIGHT NOW?? Obviously that's code for "I don't want a relationship with YOU." OK, I get it. I smell funny or something. I get it.

Bass Boy didn't want to get married yet. Said it would slow him down. Had asked 2 other girls to marry him earlier and they shot him down so he wasn't asking ever again. He's not dating anyone now...maybe he's gay, I don't know. He's the one that hangs out with fat married chicks.

Then there was Non-Bass Boy. He did some kind of flip-out and stopped answering his phone. Thought he wasn't interested, but then I get weird e-mails telling me how he's depressed and that he's been sitting around watching Netflix for the past 2 weeks. Ok, he need a therapist. Plus, some girl he wanted to marry shot him down.

Why is it guys don't want to marry, oh EVER, or have relationships, EVER AGAIN after being shot down? Don't they realize that some OTHER girl might be THE ONE?

This is why I give up. I'm going to marry my bass.

I think what you may be missing, is that SOME guys would never think of proposing marriage (like me). It's just not something we think about for some reason. When my girlfriend proposed to me, I said "yes"...I didn't even have to think about that long. Proposing is like directing somebody to do something and lots of guys like me can only follow orders, so maybe you should try proposing - it commands respect for at least 4 or 5 years.

LOL. Yeah. Follow this plan. It's a sure way that to insure that you'll be watching the game by yourself for a long long long time. You can put helmets on all ten of your cats and give them catnip. For fun you can give them a piece of yarn. That'll keep you entertained until your dead. :eyebrow:

So I can die alone and be eaten by wild dogs.

Ok, the definition of "proposing" needs to be clarified. It means "Hey you dork, I STRONGLY suggest (and so does my DAD!) that WE GET MARRIED. I'm tired of living in sin (and so is my DAD!). So get with the program".

Guys think of proposing as having to get dressed up, buying a bunch of stamps and sending out invitations, finding a place for the reception (where in the hell would we do that?). Way too much of a hassle and way to complex. But if SHE'll do it, fine, we'll show up (half baked).

I think we understand the definition of proposing..."Will you marry me?" Sounds pretty concise...
