I enjoy Talkbass most when . . .

Whenever I’m reading another @BassCliff gig report.

Whenever I’m reading about @mapleglo ‘s latest awesome build.

Anytime @scubaduba posts another great compressor review.

Anytime the discussion activity picks up in @Passinwind ’s Open Source Preamp thread

Anytime I see a NBD or NPD thread started.

Anytime I indulge in the ongoing banter and dream crushing vibes of the Broughton Audio Super Thread. (That crowd is definitely my kind of warped crazy.)

Whenever somebody jumps all over me because (much to my surprise) I’m unaware that I’m completely wrong about something.

Whenever a new member (especially a new female member since we have far too few women represented here) joins the community.

Whenever the world becomes too difficult for me to deal with for the moment and I just feel the need to say “screw it all” and go hang with my people.

:)

I enjoy Talkbass most:

After a really good practice session where I learned something new.

All of the discussions and posts mean SO much more.

I feel like I have earned my place here with the amazing women and men who are so generous with their knowledge.

I am grateful to be a part of this community.

Thank you all.

I like the humor

Right out of bed as soon as I grab my first (+2nd, 3rd, & 4th) cup(s) of coffee
