Good idea. I usually do too, but only because I can't set up the head without moving the cab firstI move my 810 first so that way when I go back to pick up the head it feels light as a feather.

Avoid the 7Pro unless you can confirm the revision is a recent one. My local music school has two of the early 7Pro ("Axx" revision) units, both from the same time period, and they both have the same cut-out issues to the point where they are not used anymore for gigs. I've heard those problems have been sorted out in recent years, but that's the danger of buying used sight-unseen.
I have that Ampeg itch too and the only thing that will take care of it is the new V4B Reissue and new SVT 212 AV cab.
Can't comment on the 212 but a V-4B and two SVT210AV cabs sound sweet (despite how pictured, I stack them in the "T" formation for gigs).

How loud can you go with that rig and stay at a relatively clean tone?
I've thought about getting 2 of the 210 AV cabs just from the price point and the small footprint, but I still think I'm gonna go with the SVT 212 AV. I'll eventually get 2 of them and that should cover all my needs and look really cool to boot.
What he said. It'll definitely rattle some stuff on the walls while keeping a clean tone.
I have a SVT 212 AV and it's footprint is not that big. It is fairly heavy for it's size.

Yeah it's not all that big in size but the tone is big and fat from the vids I've seen.

My Eden EX410 is just slightly bigger in size and about a pound lighter with 4-10" in it. (28 x 26 x 19 in, 65 lbs)
Would rather have the SVT 212 though.
I'm running a SVT 3 Pro through my SVT 212 AV and big and fat does describe the tone.
To me a SVT CL Heritage would be the absolute ultimate rig. I'm really happy with my SVT 3 Pro, but I'd love to pick up a Heritage and a second SVT 212 AV down the road.

Yeah I've thought about getting an SVT Classic or VR used but they would probably be overkill, but ya never know that may happen on down the road. I'm gonna get the new V4B first and that's for sure I'll see how things go from there.
The PF-500 I was running through the PF-210 cab and the 7Pro and V4-B I was running through an SVT410HE. The PF stuff and the 410 are gone and the new SVT212AV is on order. No doubt it will sound nice with both the 7Pro and the V4-B.

Please give a full review on how well the V4B and 212 AV pair up and how well it does as far as clean volume. I'll be getting the V4B as soon as I get my taxes done and the 212 AV pretty soon after that.
