Robby Resnick has been my Sweetwater guy since 2008. If you need a new one, I highly recommend him. He's been a tremendous help to me over the years and helps take the guesswork out of buying basses online. If there's a bass I'm interested in (a nice one, not a cheap one) I've asked him to pull it from the warehouse and play it while I'm on the phone with him so I can get his real-world feedback how it sounds and plays, he'll take more photos for me, etc., which is all a huge help. And sometimes he steers me away from the bass if he doesn't think it's up to snuff. I don't know if all their guys provide this level of service but Robby does and for 15 years he's been "my guy." Just an FYI if you're looking.

i had Ikes Taylor for almost 10 years before he retired. he was always really helpful. i went through a couple and now have Logan Casper who seems genuinely interested in helping and has shot me some pretty good prices.

I never talk with my Sales Engineer. I think he low-key dislikes me because I'm not afraid to utilize their return policy. I always end up with a member of his team. They're consistently helpful.

I absolutely LOVE my Sweetwater sales engineer. We even follow each other on IG and will sometimes just text each other back and forth about non-music related stuff. And let me tell you, if I have a question that I can't research and find a solid answer myself? He's got the answer. Always. I have even hooked up my friends with him so that we all have the same sales engineer.
