iAmp Micro 300

How does this compare to the old Iamp 350 in terms of volume. I have a chance to pickup a 350 for a good price and I was going to use it with my 2 cxls when I can't be bothered taking my 8u touring rack and was hoping that it would get close to the volume of the Iamp 800 obviously its gonna be quieter but I was hoping the 350 would have sufficient volume and I'm now wondering about the Micro 300 as its rated at 325w now, is it going to be able to push 2 cxl 112's in a loud rock band with a monster of a drummer?

I suppose this is a question only Mike Dimin can answer as he's the only one whose been able to try one for a long period of time.

I was also going to use whatever i decide upon for the following things, Preamp and Di in the studio, home practice amp, small jam amp, full band practice amp and amp to be used with a small cab to be used int he studio for recording fuzz's and such mic'ed up.

I know this is slightly off topic but I thought it was better than starting a new a thread.

I received an email from Larry of EA last week stating that a few of the heads were going to ship Friday the 1st, and the rest were going to ship throughout this week.

I'm waiting on a Micro 300/Wizzy/Backpack combo from "All Hail" Bob Gollihur... Haven't heard anything from him yet.

Well, it would appear that I'm one of the first to receive my Micro 300 packback combo. My wife called me at work a few minutes ago to tell me two "bass" packages from "URB-BOB" arrived today :hyper: . I'll report back once I get home and have a chance to check it out.
