Nice.Got the BTB in today. I was close to ordering a used 405 and then a used Prestige. But I got a killer price match on a new 846.
Love the tone. Looks beautiful. Very surprised at the light weight ... I expected EBMM kinda weight. Very nice.
I am tripping all over myself going from 4 strings to 6 but I'm keeping at it.

I forgot to state that I bought the 1205 for $315.

Oh god ... I love maple necks! Nicely done.
I wish I coulda found a used maple 6er. The only one they had was an SC.
Much good luck with your new BTB, Philipper.
How do you like the wide neck so far?
Mike
I'm going to have to work on my damping. Since I switched to bass I sort of developed an unconscious habit of muting with fingers and knuckles while staying anchored on the rear pup. Of course this won't work with the boat paddle. Suggestions are most welcome.
Well I decided to keep him. Took the protective film off the pups today and will lay a thorough setup on him tonight....The weight is very manageable. And it's becoming comfortable.
Don't like the input jack. That has to go.
