I am thinking of getting a black 5 string version. There's some confusion regarding tonewoods. Were the earlier 5 string Mikros poplar with jatoba FBs?
(Now their listed as basswood & rosewood, though some eBay vendors list mahagany bodies. Some concern as to neck dive possibolies as well as quality of tone & attack.
