Close, lockheed martin x-35B as far as I can tell. The boeing x-32 has the intake right underneath the nose whereas the LM has it either side. Actually I'm pretty sure that photo is the f-35b which was developed from the LM x-35

The designer says that car would average 270mph at Indy if they stayed with the current Honda engine spec...
