Wonderful way to sneak in a political comment.

Wasn't trying to take a side. A good friend is Cuban and his mom is from Cuba, the stories that she has told me are incredibly sad. Sad enough to where her crying while telling the stories made me cry, and a bald, bearded 6' 2", 290lb guy crying is not a pretty sight.

Not saying a political stance is right or wrong, but families should always have to opportunity to be together or visit.

Cubans traded sugarcane for instruments. Makes sense. Imagine all the vintage balalaikas forgotten in Cuba.

Talk about coming out on top of the trade.

I would like to send a new volume pot. I guess I could send a 250K and a 500K. That would cover it I think? He said he could get it fixed if the parts were available.

My drummer was a chaperone for a school band that went to Cuba. He put together a used, but decent drum kit that they brought with them, but left there.
