I rummaged through my parts boxes and found some tuners...I also found a set of Duncan SPB-1 pickups, which I used instead of the OV62's. So, this morning I put together the bass.... sounds good. I haven't had a chance to fire it up loud, but I'm sure it sounds exactly like a P Bass should...

Nice job! If you have another tort pg laying around that closely resembles the one in the image, you might be able to do a graft of some sort. I saw where the guy at Bravewood Guitars did this once...
