If you gott'em post'em -NAMM PHOTOS !

Hey all --

If there are particular things you'd like to see, lemme know and I'll see if I can get a photo of it. I've never posted photos before on Talkbass, so someone may need to walk me through it. I'm assuming I just link through the "manage attachment" button at the bottom of the Reply page.

Also, I won't be able to get online until the late evenings, so it may take a day for me to respond to posts here.

So, what would you like to see?

It's better if you use photobucket, or some other photo storage site. This will allow you to upload higher resolution pics than the attachnment feature on the forum.

p.s. Get all the MTD pics you can.

Yikes!

I don't think I can do "everything," but here's the list so far:

Lakland -- Bob Glaub 5 string, plus "anything new"

Ernie Ball -- Sterling 5

Vigier -- "Everything"

Warwick -- "All"

ESP -- "All"

I'm adding this one, Brubaker. I walked past his booth and was blown away with the quality of his workmanship. Oh, and they sound good too ;)

I'm not sure how well the "all" requests are gonna work. For the big builders, there's just too much to take pictures of. The more specific you are, the more likely I can get your photo.

heading back to the Alleva~Copollo booth today and also MTD and gonna track down the elusive Sage 'Utilitarian' 4 and 5!!!

:hyper:

...and of course back to F Basses booth to get pics of George's crazy Fender style F Basses!!!!

OK.

Added to the list are

MTD -- Jazz or other Protos

Warwick -- Star II

F Bass -- "All"

BTW, Peavey did indeed have the V3 displayed. This will be my 1st attempt at attaching a photo. I hate to say it, but it sounded weak. The high end was on vacation, and the low end sounded flat and muffled. Another bassist tried tweaking it and came up with the same results. In contrast, the V2 next to it sounded very nice. Sometimes they show stuff before the final version has been set. Hopefully that's the case with the V3.

Gotta go. Will post again on Saturday.

Be well,
