I'm a beta tester for the AA super bass. Karlis seems really busy right now, but you should get your feedback to him asap. He's very gracious so will take what he can get when he gets it. But he's using a very small set of testers (three, perhaps?) so your input will be valuable.
I have messaged IK and we will see what happens. I fully understand that they are not obliged to help me in any way.
I am deeply grateful to them - but I do not think it would have been an own goal if they had not been generous with their wares. I bought it 2nd hand - they did not see a penny from me. They are good people.
What have you found that was good? I haven’t dived that deeply into the bass profiles in quite a while.
Well, when I’m fumbling with my guitars I love the amalgam audio captures. They’re inspiring and keep me playing for hours. I’m just a hobbyist at this point so I am a lot less concerned with workflow.
Looks like the new irig HD X allows access to the same Tonex pedal functionality thru an app - is that right?
Anyone tried it?

Tonex has an app. There's even an IOS iPhone/iPad version.
Tonex CS is free
TONEX
The Tonex software that comes with the pedal is Tonex Max which allows you to download everything from tone.net.
Yes, I have downloaded Tonex app but wonder how similar it is to the actual Tonex pedal.
I don't have the pedal but for 1/3 the price I may try the irig.
Tks
Sorry - I misunderstood you.
IK and users are making statements alone the lines of:
Overall, the TONEX software and pedal are designed to sound identical. However, there are a few factors that can lead to slight differences in sound, such as the quality of your audio interface and speakers, the use of a cabinet simulator plugin, and the settings you are using.
In a blind test, it is unlikely that most people would be able to tell the difference between the TONEX software and pedal. However, if you are using a high-end audio setup and are very critical of your sound, you may notice some slight differences.
