The people who when they come to a red light leave about 2-3 cars distance between themselves and the car in front. Then they proceed to randomly close that gap as they wait. They will move up a car length after 30 seconds, then maybe another half a car length after 20 seconds...... Just pull up to the proper distance from the beginning!

The person who gets all the way through the transaction and goes Oh ! I forgot something ! Goes paddling off and leaves the cashier and everybody in the line in suspended animation. My very patient and charitable neighbor says they are hyper focused and don't realize. I think they're hyper oblivious and don't realize. Really boils me big time.
Extended range bassists thinking because they have 7+ strings they are more progressive or skilled than most, or that somehow tapping chords and arpeggios makes you a great song writer.
People thinking that all extended range bassists are pretentious wankers that only tap pretentious wanker songs and overplay.

I think I can sum up the least common denominator among the majority of reasons for anger.
It's self absorbed people who are totally ignorant of others around them.
However, those who raise anger to the rage level are the idiots who flip off the others around them when reminded of their behavior!
Unfortunately the number of these miscreants seems to be expanding. I blame that on lack of parenting which has been accelerating ever since the 60's. Junior and Princess are being taught that the only thing that matters is themselves.
Our Brave New World is dealing with more of these people daily...in senseless vehicular accidents, hit and run accidents, and shootings.

That I left and this Thread was on page 4, and now it is on page 10. I had to read all 6 at once to catch up. 
My first wife would start putting things on the conveyor belt and them go away to look for something she forgot. I would hope she returned before I had to pay for our things. Sometimes she didn't get back in time and I would have to wait until she made it through the line, again. We had some quiet rides home from the store.

Well he's an electrician that's on call 24-7. I know he's getting the text. In a way I have to be sensitive because I know it's hard to get a decision out of him when he's got the huge responsibility of being available for his company. It's impossible to fault him for having his priorities in the proper places (work family) so it's a tuff situation. Plus I don't want to get his voicemail and get frustrated.
Perhaps I'll call him tonight because this arrangement isn't working out.
It's a lot easier if it was any other member because we bring and take our equipment with us to each jam. The kit stays. Not so easy.

Really! You don't have to wait until the last item has been rung up to swipe your card! If you are still using checks, have it filled out before the last item has been rung up, then fill out the amount!!!
That really got me going.
People who toodle down the road at less than the posted limit, passing turnout after turnout, who then speed up when you attempt to pass them. I never approach homicidal mania as quickly as when this happens.
And at the exact change toll booth, especially when traffic's all jammed up.
Once I was behind a car with two women, and they were yacking up a storm. I know I listened to at least three complete songs on the radio, about 10 minutes, while slowly getting closer to the change basket. When it's their turn to pay they start going through their purses, looking in the console, feeling under the seats, etc. Grrrrrrrrrrrr.
People who are on their phone 24/7. Especially at concerts blocking my view, I don't want to see a gig through their phone.
Also while driving. How can you risk someone's life over a call/message? Imo using the phone while driving should get people their license revoked forever. No chance for parole.
People who break if they're 1 kph over the speed limit. When they hit 10kph below limit they accelerate back to 1kph over as infinitum.
People who suddenly stop several car length behind the car in front and as a bonus block an otherwise accessible lane.

My wife and I almost got into an argument over this one. She sees no problem with hanging back several car lengths.
People in art galleries who stand in front of everyone else to use their cell phone to take pictures of pictures.
