So let me ask - does it still feel like it did before when you do it? Like the entire thing?
)No seriously. This one girl I dated got knocked up twice. The first time, we were not using birth control because, due to an extremely serious childhood condition, every doctor said she was completely infertile and incapable of having children. After that she started on the pill. Yet again, my boys did their job. If only I was as hard working as they are.
She probably didnt take her pill everyday.
Incidentally, the doctor complimented my shaving job; he said "that's a much better job than I could've done!"
Scary!
I brought up the idea with my fiancee about possibly going on the pill. But alas, I still require thy rubber sheath.
I got my vasectomy 2 or 3 years ago. Spent the entire operation wide awake, conversing with a very cute nurse who stood up by my end of the table while the others were down by the business end. There were a few moments of instantaneous...well, not so much "pain" as "complete shock that something could be so painful" ...but they were literally over so quickly that I was more intrigued by how my body could be cognating that particular sensation than I was disturbed by the discomfort.

The only complications I had were because 2 days after the procedure I had to go away on a business trip, and one night the crew got drunk and went bowling. Let me warn all y'all right here & now: If you are convalescing from a vasectomy, do not get drunk and go bowling! Mr. Left & Mr. Right swelled up like a couple Georgia peaches for a few days thereafter; walking around a tradeshow floor with a crotch full of throbbing gristle for three days is no fun at all. Way more painful than the actual operation.
Everything works fine now, btw.

I was living with her and made sure she did. As you can probably guess, the first time was enough to make me militant about birth control.
all right, now everyone want to hear a bad one? I am 50 next week, had this done when I was 31. Meet the doctor, large biker type, bald head, and tatoos, I kid you not. Drop your pants, lets take a look. Weird experience for me LOL. Go to operating room, undress, nurse has me lay down, covers me completely, except for the hole in the cloth that has the boys flying. I mean hanging right out-talk about feeling exposed. Gives me the shot-yup,really sucked. I was hanging on to the edge of the table for the whole procedure.
I was white and sweating so hard the nurse kept asking me if I was alright. Doc finally says, we're almost done-thank god. That is, done with the right side. Another shot-wanted to leave at this point. Finishes the left side. Puts a jock strap packed with cotton on me, then I get dressed. Light headed, make it to the waiting room. Check out, find out, "No the doctor did NOT prescribe any pain medication, but a couple of tylenol will ease the pain". Wanted to reach over, squeeze her right breast as hard as I could, and ask her if tylenol would ease this pain.
Leave, find out they started construction on main road to office, potholes all the way=wanted to die.
Fast forward 1 year- severe pain EVERY time I get an erection, told I have a granuloma- sperm crystalizing and pressing on nerve clusters-JOY.
2nd operation, cut out 2 granulomas-procedure took almost 1.5 hours, anaesthetic wore off partway through-had option to get another needle or grin and bear it-just finish the damn thing. Took 3 hydrocodone in the car outside, almost 2 weeks to feel like a human. Ugggghhhhh!
