I'm so never getting drunk again

JD's single barrel is pretty tasty... and after drinking scotch for so long it doesnt seem as pricey.

Kserg... any vodka brands to recomend... I'm usually a whiskey drinker, but wouldn't mind getting some good vodka for when I do go that way. (and I have no idea how to tell if its made from cherry).

Well, there's lots of things I've said I'd never do again, including drinking and a few things of the more...illegal variety, and I've done almost all of em again. It's a slippery slope, man.

ps- Jack Daniels is indeed the best. If you're gonna drink, drink like a man and have some whiskey. I've never liked vodka.

edit: Just for reference, I'm the singer and the bassist (duh) in my band. Now, I've done almost every illegal drug around (with the exception of Acid, LSD, and coke), and I'm here to tell you that drinking...just isn't that bad. It's the other stuff you've gotta worry about. Just keep it from getting completely out of control, and you'll be fine.

Scott. Did I tell him not to smoke the cigar? You are 1,000 percent correct. It's his choice. Of course my health isurance rates will go up if it puts him in the hospital. But I guess that's an entitlement, eh?

Hmmm... In my experience acid usually is LSD. I don't really see drinking as being that much better or worse than most illegal drugs, although maybe myidea of completely outta control is a little extreme.

Well, acid and LSD are different drugs with I guess pretty much the same effects.

Anyway, I think drinking is a bit less harmful than some drugs. I've seen lots of people I knew in high school start drinking a lot, and be generally okay. But I've also seen lots of folks I used to know start doing coke and meth and have their whole lives screwed up.

All that has sort of made me see drinking as fairly harmless.

I love hearing about normal people and how they get all bent out of shape about drinking and get hung over and throw up and stuff. When we drink, we drink to get drunk as hell, we do it often and we do it well. When we drink we like to cause **** and smash things.

Canada day I drank a pint of whiskey and a 6 pack of beer (equivalent to a 12 pack to you in the US :p), I was right out of 'er eh wha? Now I wont describe in detail our shinanigans, but lets just say a couch was painted with 20 cans of old paint/antifreeze/old beans. I woke up with a bleached shoe on one side, a soggy, soapy one on the other. And it turns out we had a little game of who can smash the most beer bottles on their forehead, just like every weekend normally.

Now I may have woke up wanting to take a nice hot shower and get some breakfast, but I remembered my entire night, never threw up, never felt sick, and was perfectly fine the next day. You people just can't keep up, except for Kserj, he can come to the Rat's Nest anytime.

Ahhh... I can see how that'd happen... I come from a little redneck town whwere the drinkers ended up far worse off than the average drug user (not the hardcore addicts)

And actually the 'acid' tittle is from Lysergic Acid Diethylamide (LSD)... rereading my post it sounded rather condescending... I was just droppng a random fact in, so sorry if it came across rudely. :)

Not at all, man, I was just wrong...haha. But, yeah, I'm not trying to say drinking can't be bad, it's just- well, I explained already, so you know what I mean. :p
