Alright... well since I'm the only actual vegetarian who has posted so far I'll give the only actual good advice. Ignore all these people... being a vegetarian is easy. You don't need to make any special food or whatever. If you use to eat hotdogs and hamburgers all the time then Boca is your friend Boca and Morning Star. They have vegi corndogs hot dogs chicken nuggets burgers and all sorts of stuff. You can easily jump into vegetarian and live off of those until you get good recipies for others types of food that aren't made of those Boca products. But as for me I'm a 14 year old kid so i feed off of quick microwave meals and those are the best. And if you want you can always grill boca burgers or boil Vegi dogs like normal non soy versions. If you starts feeling sick soon after the switch I'd suggest going to a doctor and seeing whats up and tell him on your intent to stay vegetarian and see if there is anything they can give you to help the process. I don't really go on any vegetarian websites but i'd say go to your local library or bookstore and check out or buy some vegetarian cookbooks. A lot of good healthy recipies in those that get you stuff that you miss out from meat.
EDIT: while i was typing this someone with some actual advice posted some good stuff. So ignore the part of every one else being idiots for him.
P.S. awesome pic :::BASSIST::: love the glasses

I attribute my full head of hair at age 44 to cheeseburgers and steak.
