Inlay Stickers Decals for Fretboards

Yep, I emailed him and he sent another order right out, it got here in 7 business days. The original order must have gotten lost or stolen. Jokomo provides great service.
I ordered a set of Aged White Pearl and White Silver Block inlay stickers 12-25-12 from Jokomo, but for some reason the order never showed up. I emailed Jokomo and he sent another order right out that got here in a week, told me I could keep the first order if it showed up, but only the replacement order did.
Hats off to Jokomo for making good on the order even though it wasn't his fault.
So here's a shot of the Block Stickers on my CV Jazz and my MIM Jazz, with my Jaguar and it's real block inlay for reference.
I put the white silver blocks on the CV and I'm not too thrilled with them, they are too silvery and the pearl effect isn't very well defined, (looks OK at some angles though). I'll be replacing these with a set of aged white pearl blocks in the future.
I put the Aged White Pearl blocks on the MIM, the pearl effect is far better than on the White Silver and the color is fairly close to the real thing, so I'm pretty pleased with it.
The sticker sets came with enough to do a 24 fret board, so I had enough to try one on a cutting board before putting them on the fingerboard. Applying them was easy, getting them straight and centered was a bit more difficult.
The first three blocks where wider than the real thing, so I measured and cut them to 29mm like real blocks, the rest where close enough. It was tedious, but I used a caliper to set them straight and centered.
Looking straight on with the guitars on their stands, they look quite real, but if you look closely it becomes obvious, if they where less glossy, they would look less like stickers and more like real inlay, yet surprisingly looking at the neck while playing either bass, you simply cannot tell they are stickers.
Hats off to Jokomo for making good on the order even though it wasn't his fault.

I bought several from Jocko, they look great and add alot of personal style to my uke. Jocko had terrific customer service and added a give away Gekko/Lizard to my order when I tried to add it to my original order.
Once they were on I honestly could not detect that they were stickers and have not peeled or damaged my uke in any way. For a small price you can customize and freshen up the look of your instrument. Give it a try, they are removable if you don't like it. Great product. View the customer pictures, interesting.

I have a Canadian flag (shaped like a beaver) sticker on the back of my Fodera. It's on the control plate, so no harm.
I have nothing against fretboard stickers, but they would be a pain in the a$$ for me as I change my strings a lot and always oil my fretboards before restringing.

My preference is a fingerboard of beautiful wood not obscured by inlays, dots or stickers. I guess that's a No Way vote

I like the block inlays, myself, especially on a Jazz bass. I have been considering for a while going ahead and ordering some. I think I will do so soon. Since they don't cost too much, look pretty good, and come off easy, I figure there's nothing to lose in giving them a try.
I put the aged pearl ones on my Squier VM fretless for that extra Jaco look.
I do get a slight buzz off them if I bend the string near them, but that's a bad habit from playing with frets... Lol

I just received a set of these from the same company you listed. They arrived very quickly and I was impressed with the quality.
I installed them on my 8-string bass. It took some doing to get them on straight, but I succeeded! They made my plain fretbooard look much more snazzy! I've been playing with them on for several weeks now, no problems whatsoever.
I HIGHLY recommend wiping down the fretboard of all oil before installing the stickers. The company also recommends this.
The very first sticker I installed didn't want to hold, even after wiping down the fretboard, so I rewiped the fretboard with a mildy wet cloth, then again with a dry cloth. That did the trick.
After installing them I wrote to the company to tell them I was happy and impressed with the quality and that I was interested to see how durable they were. They responded right away thanking me and letting me know that they are very durable and should last for years.
