because sometimes the truth is unpleasant and painful to acknowledge, so willfull ignorance can seem like a more pleasant option.

why is it that sometimes you can sometimes completely miss some factédetail that is completely obvious?

Ok, I have to cheat a tad, because my lowest point ( on the globe ) was ironically achieved by flying over it :) In '92 while deploying to a certain country we flew over a portion of the Dead Sea Depression. I'm not at all certain WHAT part, but it was mentioned as we went over.

Highest .. I'm not at all certain. I've done a fair bit of mountain climbing ( not rope n piton, free climb , not the hang from your fingertip either :) ) I've gone a fair bit up Shasta, Whitney and many many in the Desolation Valley. I'd guess about 12 to 13 thousand feet.

Would you or have you bungie jumped?

I've got some issues with the disks in my neck. Bungee jumping would be a BAD idea for me. Sounds like fun, though.

What operating system do you use on your computer? Is it the one you WANT to be using, and if not, what is your preference?

I'm currently using Windows 7. I suppose I like it, although I used to use linux redhat on my old machine (a VERY old edition from the mid 90s). I figured I'd update my OS along with my machine after the old one broke down. To be honest, I don't really care about what I'm using at this point.

Do you care about the OS that you're using?

Yes, and depending on how hot she was.......ah, no, wait. Good Samaritan thing? right! Then yes, drive 'em home and figure something out on how to get back.

Give me a hot vampire chick! Im partial to the gothic look, and the idea of living forever, though it has its drawbacks, seems pretty cool to me. That, and Im not so fond of hairy chicks. And Ive been with a chick who was dead in the sack, not for me. Bill Murray, while hilarious, is not really my type physically.


Would you rather live forever as a legend, or actually be immortal?

I choose legend. I have no desire to live forever, but a legacy is something that I find very important.

If you weren't playing bass, what other instrument would you pursue?

As someone who tends to feel perpetually lonely I feel up to bear the circumstances of imoortality. Death does give life meaning, and with all eternity to stretch out before me I feel Id have so much to cherish through the death of everyone Ive ever loved or cared for. The thought that there is nothing else left wouldnt strike me, because there would always be something else, something new, even through the destruction of our planet, what comes next? Does one enter the afterlife? Is it possible to? Would you be free to roam into space without the confines of gravity? Could one become interdimensional? I think immortality holds a lot to be learned from, who knows if it will ever be acheived...


What is your favorite mode of travel?
