Maybe? You'd have to find some way to use the headphone as your input, and something that could use the dock port as the output, without monkeying with the headphone input. Short answer probably no, though, because I haven't heard of anything that could do that.

I believe he's looking for something like the iRig Stomp, which pretty much puts any of your apps (I'm assuming) into a stompbox format. I've been eyeing it for the same reason as to try and bring the Moog Filtatron onto my board.
