Thank you very much for the heads up. This will coming home to me. On a side note I have no idea if it was a good or bad price but I can say I did not feel price gouged....
I have been wanting this pedal for almost as long as I have been playing bass. It was one of my dream pedals. Sadly, once I started buying pedals it was out of production.
So glad to get my hands on one. So many stars had to align for this to happen.
A. The pedal is available somewhere
B. I am aware of it in time
C. I have the funds to spend on a pedal at that time
It all worked out for once. I even had the money easily available because I just sold my old favourite bass
(I am going short scale exclusively after getting a Short Scale EBMM Stingray
) I was even in the mood to buy a dirt pedal. I was about to buy a System Collapse MkII, I guess that will have to wait a bit...So excited. Going to try it through the Broughton FFXL. Oh man. Haven't used that with dirt yet and decided just now I will wait and use the QF2 through the FFXL together for their first times.
Time travel please till when that pedal gets here.

It's a very awesome and unique dirt pedal.
Kinda wish I hadn't let the one I had go, but I bet it will be even awesomer for you through the Filter FX Loop!
It might even be a good thing I got it now instead of when I first was getting into pedals. Reading through the instruction manual, there is a lot to the pedal and a most of it I only recently started to comprehend.
A bit off topic but has anyone seen the user Emanuel aka Manny around? I was just missing his exuberant energy.
I was wondering the same thing. Such a nice guy. We had a lot of conversations going on. I hooked him up with a Subterranea and he hooked me up with a QF2.

This week a customer took advantage of my kindness to steal a pedal from me, and then turned around and sold it on Reverb. Now that's really profiting off of my work! 
I'm at the acceptance phase, now that it's clear Paypal and Reverb won't be doing anything about it. But it made me want to thank all of y'all. Over more than a decade and thousands of customers, 99.99% of them have been such awesome people. There have been numerous times where an unscrupulous person could've gamed the system, and it only takes that one person actually doing it for me to realize how lucky I am to have such good customers.
It's easy to focus on the one bad thing and ignore all the good, so I'm trying to fight that. If you've ever reached out to let me know what the pedals have meant for you and your music-making, it really does mean a lot to me and I want to say thanks.
Regarding the component shortage situation, for a while I was really freaking out. All of my current pedals have been affected. I had been making plans to ramp up production of those pedals, but suddenly that was all out the window. But in the last couple weeks I've come up with many, many ideas for new pedals, and started reviving projects that I had already nearly completed over the years, but couldn't focus on because I needed to prioritize making the stuff that was already released and people were clamoring for. So this situation is a bit of a blessing in disguise, and I'm excited to do some new things soon.

I mean, I don't expect you'll be dropping a muff or a simple overdrive to fill the void while waiting for parts for the current designs but I would think that some of the more out there designs you might have would require the same components that are out of stock now.. I'm very intrigued by what's next..

And I remember fondly being able to customize orders back you were able to offer it. Seeing you still posting here all these years later speaks volume to how much you value your customers. It's a bummer someone took advantage of your kindness but it's good to see that you aren't taking it too harshly.

Basically, any DSP or modern ARM chips are the things that are unobtainable right now. So I'm looking to analog stuff, old school CMOS, and 8 bit microcontrollers which modern cell phone/tablet/automotive electronics don't really have a use for, so they're available. I can't make anything like an FMeron, Polytope, Arcing Prisms, or Nimbus/SE without DSP, but that's OK because there's a lot of other stuff that can be done.

Sorry to hear that you had an encounter with a crappy human. I just want to say that you are one of the most excellent humans. I’ve sent pedals to you for repair and you’ve quickly turned them around… and when I wore them out (yes, I play the three knob Xerograph that much) you graciously discounted a replacement for me.
