Instead of etching, we are now using machine engraving. No nasty chemicals and a much deeper cut into the metal.

In addition we've switched from spray paint to an airbrush system. This new paint looks awesome and doesn't put off harmful chemicals into the air.

Taylor, that's a big jump! I've actually been looking into something similar myself for the same reasons. Kind of sucks when you're constantly being exposed to harsh chemicals. I feel your pain!!!

It's an investment, but man it'd be worth it. Plus you can do soooooooooo much more than just pedals.
