What Ahm talkin' about.![]()
Can I paint this? Thanks.
that looks awesome! not perfect, but awesome. i'm assuming the tone is "awesome".
no disrespect, i like it as is... of course bassie's is the opinion that counts.
Hmmm... any opinions on that?
Thanks for the word, Yeti.
the only thing i could say is TB standard issue plug it in and "let your ears decide". no help on that front, sorry. if i had to guess (that's what it would be) i'd say it won't make a difference that they're not exactly the same.
and you're welcome!

This setup will rattle the pictures off the wall, and still has plenty of high end to suit my needs.

Nope, 95 P Lyte, which in retrospect I wish I had gotten in black, too. And the flag is gone now...people kept trying to take it out of there, and then the wireless would rattle against the tailpiece, which is why I had it in there in the first place. So now I use a piece of foam.Jimmy, is that a Jazz Bass Special I see? I have one, too, but mine is black. Nice set-up ya have (I love the flag, too).
Air movement is not based on speaker size alone. It is also based on cone movement (xmax). This will be a great setup. 2x15s sound huge and, for two speakers, move quite a lot of air. Even more than four 10s. (Air movement = number of speakers x diamater squared)
So 4x10x10 = 400, whereas 2x15x15 = 450.
You will have no volume issues at most gigs.
