Is it worth for a jaguar?

I'm thinking about changing the pickups and the bridge of my jaguar bass, change the 2 stock vintage style jazz pickups for 2 60's custom shop jazz bass pickups... also the stock bridge for a badass II... is it worth for a jaguar? what would it change in the sound of the bass? would it have more punch or more power? (like a ray sound?)

It will make a difference but nothing sounds like a 'Ray. You might try shielding the control cavities before you spend the money on pickups. The stock ones aren't half bad if you can get rid of the noise. I have a BAII on my Jag but I'm not sure it really makes that much of a difference.
