Release the KRACO!How about Kraco?

Yo Yo Ma. He plays a short scale upright bass.I'd be inclined to go with "Yo mama"
How about Kraco?

No, I got it, and obviously I am not saying that they are "scum of the earth" and I realize the irony of people getting ripped off thinking they are buying a Squier when in reality they are getting an instrument with a higher monetary value.I though my sarcasm was obvious. Guess not.![]()
Furthermore, I realize that this thread is in humor and not supposed to be taken seriously. But the unspoken punch line is that it would be hypocritical for people who are against Squier logos on Fenders to not also be against Squier logos on Fenders. I guess my point is that infringing on trademarks is the "true crime" and Fender/Squier would be against it either way.I though my sarcasm was obvious. Guess not.![]()
The Off Topic rules wouldn't allow.(It doesn't even pay to pose this question in the Bass Humor category as some folks just don't have a sense of humor when it comes to their basses...)
All I'm going to say is, if you do it, make sure you replace the Fender neck plate as well. That's the last thing you need is for someone to take a keen interest in your Squier bass only to turn it over and realize it's a Fender.

There ARE... two things that I am against:Furthermore, I realize that this thread is in humor and not supposed to be taken seriously. If you find a big, chrome Squier logo like that, it would make everything much better.
[edit] Never mind. I found one on ebay. It's MINE NOW!
What kind of pedal steel do you have there?
Edit: "Try to detect it / It's not too late".
It shouldn't be that hard to figure out for those in the know. Classic goodness, albeit surpassed by modern-mo-better...
Well, it's an S-10, most likely 3+4, probably Sho-Bud, perhaps a Maverick. Am I warm?![]()
I'm pretty sure the one I picked up on ebay is a proper vintage chrome Squier badge. From at least last week. It was a good week for vintage Squier chrome badges. I can't wait to see how much tone enhancement it brings to everything I stick it on.Well you'd have to take that abomination off and affix a proper vintage correct Squier logo of course!
Oh, no! noooo! NNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please don't go there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Conversely, is it OK to put a Fender logo on a Squier? My Squier VM P has a Fender strap and straplocks...
