is there a 4 ohm cab that's rated 500 watts?

I'm using a Marshall mbc410 4x10 600 watts @ 4ohm got it for 70 dollars

I believe what physics tells me and a lifetime of playing and engineering experience.
A 4 ohm load is harder on a SS amp than an 8 ohm load.A lower impedance is easier on the amp indeed!!
Lower impedance = less opposition to current flow. Less opposition = more current flowing. More current flowing = more power. More power = more work. More work = harder on the amp.

Phil Jones C8 cabinet is 800 watts and 4 ohms (the older one ) the newest C8 is 8 ohm, I would look for a 4ohm C8 and your search will be over
I gave up my Ampeg cabs and GK 800rb when I stopped gigging with a cover band ... Now have a Markbass Li'l Mark II and an Acme Low B1. Mine is 8ohm, but if you look around, and it will take some looking, you might find a 4ohm version. It's actually a three-way speaker, quite compact, and does get DOWN. I only play four string basses, but recently built a lined fretless jazz bass with SD quarter pounders. Tuned BEAD, that beast rumbles through the Acme. Happy hunting!
There's an Acme B1/4 Ohms in the classifieds right now - was 2 B1's - but I bought one. Yes - they smoke!! Great cabs!!
I use rigs that can push two 4 ohm loads
I'm looking for maximum performance out of the box. if I want a two speaker set up, (I do) I'll buy a two speaker box ( I did ) and want the maximum performance out of that one box as well. I'd be thrilled if Greenboy would offer my f112 on 4 ohms. There's a butt load in that box my Mesa 800+ can't get to at 400w
My Schroeder 1212PL handles 1000 watts, and weighs 43 lbs. Lightweight 500watt and up cabs are out there.
Whilst it is true that 500W (into 4 ohms) is not twice as loud as 250W (into 8ohms), two 8ohm cabs (equalling 4ohms) will not be louder than one 4ohm cab.
My search stopped when I got a Berg CN212, they do not produce it anymore but I'm sure the HDN212 is has impressive if not better at 4ohms and 700W RMS.
Would amp type also be the determining factor as well? How about the bass? Does it also determine how much "bass" I can hear/feel? I think I read somewhere that an Ashbory bass guitar have been used for hip hop and drum n' bass music, so I'm assuming it puts out "subwoofer" bass tones than a standard/regular bass guitar.
Question is; would a single cab (4 ohm 2x10, 300 watts, with tweeter) sound a lot louder than it's supposed to be when playing an Ashbory bass vs. not an Ashbory bass?
