Paypal gives me my money the next day whether I ship the bass or not. I have all positive feedback and a few years on there but it's odd that some people are apparently waiting for their money.

Yes. Which reminds me he also accused me of working for eBay and PayPal! You simply cannot make this stuff up.

Based on all the PMs I have received from this guy, I wouldn't be surprised if he is just crazy.

Yet, since the listing is for an ID tag not a base, technically you would have no recourse if you never met you and simply mailed you an ID label.
