Is this the latest eBay scam?

Lol. The guy keeps unleashing and trolling on me.

He listed the basses on CL to "prove this wasn't a scam" and then went on to say he would refuse to sell them to me on CL because he doesn't want to circumvent eBay.

Then he said "I also have other listings on CL" and sent me one. Here is the link, and j am not kidding!

The other reason to walk away is you just don't want bad vibes, bad memories attached to your instrument. It isn't worth it, even if you got a great deal. Your instrument is something you'll be holding in your arms and sharing with it your time, effort, aspirations and love of the music. You really don't want any dark stuff getting in the way. I've been there.

Paypal gives me my money the next day whether I ship the bass or not. I have all positive feedback and a few years on there but it's odd that some people are apparently waiting for their money.
Same for me. I've got 600 feedback and many years on eBay. Never have to wait for funds.

This is one of the most entertaining threads I've read here. What a numbnut that troll is!

Well I am guessing he is under 21 because there is no way his brain is fully formed.

This made me burst a loud laugh, how perfectly and succinctly stated; being at the top of the food chain has to be the only possible reason that explains why these mammals reach adulthood. In primitive times a leopard would have taken care of this....

As I get older, I am getting more and more inclined to further encourage acts of idiocy when they come to me; I have found that my arguments trying to convince people otherwise are easily dismissed or forgotten, mostly due to the limitations they have to inderstand what I am trying to say; the best is to accelerate their process by pure and unconditional encouragement, which indefectibly ends on some sort of catastrophic result.

We don't save the situation, but things evolve faster this way. It is the new law of nature.

This guy sounds like a winner. First, I'd never buy from someone with no feedback rating, and how are you on Fleabay for 7 years with no rating? Also as mentioned earlier, they might hold the funds to the seller but he's expected to ship the item. This ad is total BS.
