Wrong guy Will!
The OP has a space between the Herman and the Munster!![]()
I re-soldered the terminal connectors already. Guess I should've mentioned that. Is it most likely a bad wire splice?
You have the last part right! As for the first part: OH BOY do you ever have a surprise coming!!![]()
OP ours is a big a$$ country!! Where you at???

Chances are very good that upper left speaker is your trouble. The gentile push is a good test, make sure the fasteners holding all the speakers down are snug and evenly tight.
Yep, pushing on the cones to see if any voice coils are rubbing is one thing to check. Next, plug your speaker cable into the cab and touch a 9 volt battery's terminals to the tip and sleeve on the plug on the free end. All the cones should jump in or out together depending on which way you flip the battery. Any that don't move are bad, or at least have bad wiring inside. If some move in while others move out they are reverse polarity and wires need to flipped + and - wherever needed to get them all moving together.
I thought I was already registered here! lol
Heh...you may be right. Wondering if it isn't the same guy having problems logging on or registering with the extra key stroke.
Don't forget the wires going from the speaker terminals to the voice coils. They may have a loose/cold solder connection. I have seen them too long so that they touched each other and caused momentary shorts.
