it's 76 degrees with light off shore winds where I am. the weather is usaully pretty nice every day here in San Diego but today is a 9.5. The only thing from giving it a 10 would the lack of surf today.

To convert Celsius to Fahrenheit:
C x 9/5 + 32 = F
ex: 100C x 9/5 + 32 = 212F

To convert Fahrenheit to Celsius:
F - 32 x 5/9 = C
ex: 104F - 32 x 5/9 = 40C

It's 13F here currently, so
13F - 32 x 5/9 = -10.5C

Cold.
