Totally looks like a CB-X, to me. The knobs are close together, EMG-HZ pickups and that looks like a Hi-Mass bridge.
Could be an older model I'm not familiar with, though.

oh wow sorry I didnt know you could enlarge his pic so much..thats a CMG not a CBX the markers are different on the board at the end..he has one of these

Ah, so the shark tooth inlays on the CB-X are better aligned to the edges of the board and have a different curve.
What was the pre-amp in that? Is it anything like the EMG BEQ3 in the CB-X?

you mean like SD/Dimarzio/EMG something ?Does anybody knows if there is a drop-in replacements for this Duncan Designed pickups?
Which ones? The concert series are all direct EMG35 or EMG40 replacement. The same goes for the X-series basses.
The older ones are your typical P or J configs.
no wilkie he has a c5A which are not the same as the standard emg 5string humbucker.

I saw this one yesterday (it has since sold) and was wondering if they made USA bolt necks? I'm guessing the body is probably import Charvel?

Looking at the C5A, it looks like a Bartolini rout for a 6 or 7 string pickup.
God, that neck is hideous! I don't like how well that joint shows.
Also, it has a Charvel neck plate...

that yellow thing was a parts guitar, so ya it is what it is a usa neck someone bolted onto a import body...they all fit back and forth anyway for all the later pockets were the same. the mid 80's had some different pockets, but they went universal after a while to simplify things.

Just got her today. The worst setup ever! I put black DR's on it and adjusted the crap out of the string heights.

Does anybody know what Jakson bass is Greg Christian using from Testament since the beginning of the year?
In March he was still using Fender, ESP, Tobias & EBMM. Did he make the jump to Jackson later?
Absolutely, it looks like is using black Jackson, not even a custom shop. Just no sure what to verified with regular Jackson bass player.
